Rotary Rack Oven
Rotary rack oven is essentially a convection oven with removable trolley racks. Air is heated by burning fuel in a chamber. Fuel can be diesel (most popular), LPG, wood, coal and electric. Air is heated by blowing air on chamber, using a centrifugal blower.
